General Responsibilities:
* Auto Body Technicians are responsible for performing the automotive body work needed as outlined on repair orders productively with quality craftsmanship.
* Have a teamwork philosophy and work well with others.
* Collaborate and communicate with others in a friendly manner.
* Have a skill set for welding, soldering, body alignment, and all unibody/frame repairs, bumper cover repairs, etc.
* Understand and follow Collision Center operations for all safety guidelines and comply with OSHA guidelines, as well as maintain and wear appropriate safety and protective equipment.
* Perform and inspect all work as a Quality Control measure of all repair orders.
* Notify and communicate with management of any difficulties or problems that may arise in a timely manner.
* Attend and participate with team member during production meetings.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year auto body technician experience
* Own body tools for your projects
* ICAR Certification (preferred) or an interest in becoming certified
* Strong work ethic and dependable
* Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
